  • Is issued to your customer account.
  • Does not expire unless otherwise stated.
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Cannot be transferred to another account.

Depending on the circumstances, we may also offer a replacement or exchange where applicable.

Important Parcel Opening Requirement

To protect both our customers and our business from shipping errors, transit damage, and fraudulent claims, we strongly recommend recording a clear, continuous video when receiving and opening your parcel.

For claims involving:

  • Missing items
  • Wrong items
  • Damaged products
  • Faulty products
  • Incomplete orders

A video may be required for claim verification.

The video must:

  • Start before the parcel is opened.
  • Clearly show the sealed parcel.
  • Clearly show the shipping label.
  • Clearly display the customer name.
  • Clearly display the order number.
  • Show the parcel being opened in one continuous recording.
  • Clearly show all contents received.
  • Clearly show any damage, fault, or issue being reported.
  • Not contain any cuts, pauses, edits, or interruptions.

Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may require additional verification and may not qualify for approval.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items may not qualify for return:

  • Products damaged through misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidental damage.
  • Products modified, repaired, or altered after delivery.
  • Items returned after the 30-day return period.
  • Clearance, promotional, or final-sale items where stated.
  • Products with missing parts not reported upon delivery.
  • Damage caused by incorrect installation or improper use.

How to Request a Return
